In this tennis court project in Italy, we initially used the XJ-HBS High Bay with a 25° beam angle. While it met the Lux requirements, the lighting was not uniformly distributed. We then suggested switching to a 90° beam angle to achieve better uniformity across the court. The customer was very pleased with our professional solution, and the improved lighting has enhanced the enjoyment of the games.

Due to the close proximity of rackings (around 2 meters apart), we opted for a narrow 45-degree beam angle to concentrate lighting between racks, ensuring optimal visibility. Areas without rackings were illuminated with a wider 90-degree beam angle for uniformity.

The installation resulted in not only significantly brighter lighting but also a remarkable 75% reduction in energy consumption, meeting all customer requirements for improved illumination and cost savings.

In a steel plant in the USA, our XJ-HBS150W High Bays (Product NO: XJ-HBS150W-2) successfully replaced 400W Metal Halide lights.
