The feedback has been highly positive, emphasizing the enhanced comfort and safety our lighting solutions provide.

For a football field requiring high-power lighting with precise distribution, we chose our XJ-SPA480W Stadium Light (Product NO: XJ-SPA480W) with a 20° beam angle. After extensive Dialux calculations to meet the customer's needs, we ensured optimal light focus and minimal weight on the poles, all while saving costs. The result is an efficient, powerful lighting solution tailored for the stadium.

For the Sharjah International Airport, we implemented a state-of-the-art lighting solution using our 1000W LED Flood Lights and 200W LED High Bay Lights. These lights provide exceptional brightness and efficiency, ensuring optimal visibility and safety throughout the airport. Our advanced lighting technology delivers reliable performance while significantly reducing energy costs.

For a port project in Frankfurt, Germany, we initially used our XJ-HBS240W high bay lights. However, they did not meet the customer's Lux requirements. We then switched to our XJ-FLA480W Flood Lights (Product NO: XJ-FLA480W). After recalculations, these lights successfully met the specifications, and the customer was very satisfied with the results.

For a football field in Dubai, we initially proposed using XJ-HBS high bays. However, the customer preferred flood lights for easier installation and maintenance. After successful sample testing, our XJ-FL100W Flood Lights replaced the MH Lamps in an Australian parking lot. The new lights provided much brighter illumination, significantly enhancing visibility and safety for drivers. In a recent warehouse project in Denmark, we initially suggested our XJ-HBS High Bays. However, the customer specified a need for high bays with black housing. Thankfully, our new XJ-HBK High Bay was the perfect solution. It not only met the aesthetic requirement but also delivered superior light efficiency. The slim design and lightweight (5.5Kg/pcs for 130W) resulted in substantial shipping cost savings. After testing samples in their factory, the customer was highly impressed and subsequently placed an order for 150 units of the XJ-GSL100W. This project highlights the exceptional performance and appeal of our latest high bay lighting solution.

In this Australian project, we initially tested our XJ-HBG130W LED High Bay Lights. However, after installation, the client found them too bright and adjusted the power to 100W using the adjustable screw on the Meanwell driver, or they could choose a dimmable or DALI driver for easier control. The previous MH lights had become yellowed, making it difficult to see the cars clearly. With the XJ-HBG100W High Bays, the lighting is now much brighter, significantly improving visibility and overall safety.

In this German project, we replaced 192 units of 400W Metal Halide (MH) lights with our XJ-HBG150W High Bays. Instead of a one-to-one replacement, we conducted a new calculation and arrangement, using just 72 units of XJ-HBG150W High Bays (total 10,800W) to replace the 192 MH lights (total 76,800W). This resulted in an energy savings of up to 86%. The perfect replacement not only provided excellent lighting but also greatly reduced energy consumption, leaving the end user very satisfied with the savings.

Our XJ-HBG240W High Bays have been successfully installed at the Pirelli Tire Factory in Brazil. This project showcases the exceptional lighting quality and efficiency of our high bay lights, enhancing visibility and productivity within the factory environment. The Pirelli team is highly satisfied with the improved lighting conditions provided by our XJ-HBG240W High Bays.

In May 2016, we completed a lighting project at a chemical plant in Indiana, USA. The project involved replacing 57 units of 250W and 79 units of 250W HPS high bays, along with 58 units of 250W and 33 units of 400W HPS flood lights. The investor chose to use 57 units of XJ-HBS100W and 79 units of XJ-HBS150W High Bays to replace the 250W/400W lights, and 58 units of XJ-HBS100W and 33 units of XJ-HBS150W flood lights for a one-to-one replacement.

This upgrade saved up to 45.25 kWh per hour and 362 kWh per day (assuming 8 hours of operation per day). The new lighting solution also doubled the foot-candle (FC) levels, greatly improving brightness. The client was very happy with the energy savings and enhanced lighting quality.

This factory project initially used 600W Metal Halide (MH) lights. Due to complex application requirements and the need to change lamp locations, we conducted a new lighting design and simulation. After confirming the design and conducting a one-month sample test, the factory replaced 96 units of 600W MH with 80 units of XJ-HBS150W-2. This resulted in over 75% energy savings and significantly brighter lighting, much to the customer's satisfaction.

Our partner in Spain successfully replaced 354W lamps with our new XJ-HBS150W High Bays. The upgrade achieved up to 60% energy savings and doubled the lux levels, greatly enhancing the lighting quality. The attached images showcase the remarkable difference before and after the installation, highlighting the superior performance of our high bay lights.

This project involved replacing 400W Metal Halide (MH) lamps in a German steel plant. Typically, a 150W or even 200W high bay would be required to replace a 400W MH lamp due to lower light efficiency. However, with our XJ-HBS130W High Bay, boasting 145lm/W, we achieved excellent results. This solution not only met the lighting requirements but also significantly reduced costs, energy consumption, and shipping expenses.

In a warehouse facility near Barcelona, Spain, our XJ-HBL130W High Bay Lights have replaced outdated 400W Metal Halide fixtures that had been in service for an extended period. Following detailed assessments aligned with the customer's specifications, we determined that the XJ-HBS130W units were the optimal solution. A client required high bay lights for his warehouse in Australia, aiming to maximize energy savings by incorporating motion and daylight sensors. We recommended our XJ-HBS200W High Bay Lights equipped with the MC301V sensor. After assisting with sensor setup, the system provided excellent control, meeting the client's energy-saving requirements. In this tennis court project in Italy, we initially used the XJ-HBS High Bay with a 25° beam angle. While it met the Lux requirements, the lighting was not uniformly distributed. We then suggested switching to a 90° beam angle to achieve better uniformity across the court. The customer was very pleased with our professional solution, and the improved lighting has enhanced the enjoyment of the games.

Our XJ-HBS High Bay lights have been successfully implemented in the Porsche factory in Germany. In an auto parts warehouse in Israel, our XJ-HBS150W-2 High Bays have replaced 600W traditional lamps to enhance brightness and energy efficiency. Due to the close proximity of rackings (around 2 meters apart), we opted for a narrow 45-degree beam angle to concentrate lighting between racks, ensuring optimal visibility. Areas without rackings were illuminated with a wider 90-degree beam angle for uniformity.

The installation resulted in not only significantly brighter lighting but also a remarkable 75% reduction in energy consumption, meeting all customer requirements for improved illumination and cost savings.

In a steel plant in the USA, our XJ-HBS150W High Bays (Product NO: XJ-HBS150W-2) successfully replaced 400W Metal Halide lights. Concerns about dust were addressed through testing, confirming that our high bays efficiently manage dust with air convection and excellent heat dissipation. This ensures a clean environment under the lights.

The installation resulted in impressive savings of up to 63% in energy costs, while providing higher lux levels on the factory floor. The customer is satisfied with both the economic benefits and the improved lighting conditions achieved with our XJ-HBS150W high bays.

This project involved installing XJ-HBS240W-2 High Bays at the University of Mississippi's rugby field. The field size is 127m x 100m, and we installed a total of 160 units of 240W high bays and 40 units of 100W high bays to replace 160 units of 1000W and 40 units of 600W Metal Halide (MH) lights. The lights are mounted at a height of 9 meters.

To address customer concerns about glare (UGR), we used frosted glass to reduce glare while maintaining optimal illumination. Post-installation, the ground reached 600 lux, which initially seemed too bright. Responding to the customer's additional requirement to light the two side flags, we designed a solution and provided 32 units of 150W flood lights.

The project resulted in a perfect outcome, greatly satisfying the customer with enhanced lighting and functionality across the rugby field and side areas.

In a significant project at a hockey field in Canada, we successfully implemented our XJ-HBS200W High Bays (140 lm/W) to replace 92 units of 400W metal halide lights. After thorough preparation and negotiations, the Canadian end-user accepted our solution.

By dimming all lights to 50% brightness, the field achieved the same Foot-Candle (FC) levels as with the previous 400W lights, resulting in impressive energy savings of up to 75%. For professional games, the lights can be adjusted to higher wattage settings easily, ensuring optimal lighting conditions as needed.

This solution not only enhances energy efficiency but also meets the high standards required for professional sports, making it a successful and sustainable lighting upgrade for the hockey field.

We recently installed our XJ-HBS High Bays in an Audi 4S store in Germany. To enhance the application's aesthetics, we recommended using Polyethylene (PC) reflectors, which soften and beautify the lighting. The customer was delighted with our suggestion, prompting us to proceed with calculations using XJ-HBS100W High Bays. This installation not only improves the visual appeal of the store but also ensures optimal lighting performance tailored to the automotive showroom environment.

In this project, we replaced 600W Metal Halide lights with our XJ-HBS200W High Bays in the TNT warehouse in Germany. This one-to-one replacement was straightforward for our engineers, who used Dialux to ensure precise lighting calculations. Given our in-depth knowledge of our products, we confidently selected the right power for this high-lux requirement project.

The new lighting setup greatly improved visibility, making it easier for staff to locate packages and enhancing work efficiency. The customer was extremely satisfied with the result, achieving up to 67% energy savings with the XJ-HBS200W High Bays.

In this project, we replaced 40 traditional 1000W Metal Halide (MH) lamps with 48 XJ-HBS240W High Bays in a football field in the USA. The field had four poles, each 60 feet (approximately 18.2 meters) high, with 10 traditional 1000W MH lamps per pole.

Initially, we considered using XJ-HB480W High Bays, but found them unsuitable due to lower light efficiency compared to our XJ-HBS series, a heavier weight of over 15kg per unit, and double the cost. Instead, we opted for 12 XJ-HBS240W High Bays per pole.

This solution provided a remarkable improvement, achieving 125 foot-candles (about 1300 lux) on the ground, significantly better than the previous setup. The customer was delighted with the enhanced lighting quality, energy savings, and cost efficiency achieved with the XJ-HBS240W High Bays.

For a new factory installation in Germany, we carefully assessed the project requirements, including the factory's dimensions and the desired lux levels. By obtaining details on the length, width, height, and mounting height, we determined the optimal high bay light to meet the customer's needs efficiently.

We selected the XJ-HBL150W High Bay as the ideal solution, providing the perfect balance of time, energy, and cost savings. The customer also requested that mosaics be placed on the faces of the lights, which we incorporated as per their specifications. The XJ-HBL150W High Bays proved to be an excellent choice, fulfilling all requirements and ensuring satisfaction with the lighting installation.

In a Serbian theater, our customer sought energy savings and excellent light distribution. We replaced traditional lights with XJ-HBL150W LED High Bays to meet these needs. The customer wanted a one-to-one replacement, so we conducted a professional Dialux calculation to meet their lux requirements using the highly efficient XJ-HBL150W High Bays.

The customer was very satisfied with our calculations, and after the installation, they achieved 63% energy savings and double the lux levels compared to before. The end user was extremely happy with the improved lighting and significant energy savings.

In a seafood market in Dubai, high lux levels on the floor were essential. After thorough discussions with the customer and multiple Dialux calculations by our engineers, we provided a solution that met the requirements perfectly. The end customer was very happy with our solution, as the well-distributed and comfortable lighting created an inviting shopping environment. This helped customers save time in selecting the healthy food they needed, enhancing their overall shopping experience.

In October 2014, we undertook a project to upgrade the lighting in a gym in Australia. The existing 400W Metal Halide lamps had suffered significant light loss over time, becoming yellow and dim. Initially, we tested our XJ-HBL150W High Bays, but the lux levels were too high. We then recalculated using the XJ-HBL120W, which proved to be the perfect solution. This upgrade provided a brighter and more suitable environment for gym-goers, meeting the customer’s requirements efficiently.

This project involved installing our XJ-HBL series LED High Bay Lights in a gym in Germany. To ensure the lighting was soft and non-glaring, we recommended using frosted glass.
